If you have symptoms, you may require an examination.
We can diagnose some conditions at the clinic, but most tests need to be sent to the laboratory, so you may receive results at a later date. If this is the case, we will inform you if either you or your partner(s) need to arrange treatment
Tested in a clinic: we’ll contact you within 7 working days of your visit to our clinic.
Self testing STI kit: text messages are sent within 7 working days of receiving your sample at our laboratory.
If an infection is found, you may need to come back to the clinic for treatment. Clear instructions will be given to you about which treatment you need and how to take it. We will discuss with you if your partner also needs treatment.
